Our Season and Hours
The Jane Street Garden at 36 Jane Street at the corner of Eighth Avenue is open from mid-April to early-October. Our hours are:
Fri 9am-6pm
Sat 9am-6pm
Sun 9am-6pm
And other days as volunteer coverage allows.
Visitor Guidelines
We welcome you to enjoy a walk among the flowers or sit on one of our benches. Please note: From opening and closing, to planting and pruning, to picking up garbage, dedicated volunteers do all the work to maintain this beautiful and serene space, so we ask visitors to please be kind and leave the garden as clean as you found it.

The Jane Street Garden is a proud member of the NYC Parks GreenThumb, the nation’s largest urban gardening program. We also depend on donations and volunteers to support our efforts to maintain and improve this special greenspace.
